Re:Find Distillery is batch distilling an all-natural flavored vodka using seasonally ripe, California, organic kumquats grown by small family farmers. The kumquats are picked at the height of ripeness and then soaked whole in our high proof vodka. We then press the fruit resulting in its vibrant color and beautiful balance of tart, bitter, sweet, and alcohol. Bottled without the use of carbon-filtration, the vibrancy and freshness is unparalleled.
