Tasting Notes:
Full body. Full fruit. This Viognier has a wonderful
mouth feel with a clean crisp acidity. It boasts melon
and green apple flavors with a memorable finish. It
is possibly our favorite Viognier to date. It is fantastic
both with and without food. Enjoy!

Tasting Notes:
Back by popular demand! This wine is a harmonious
blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (51%), Mourvedre (33%)
and Syrah (16%). It is a blend of our 2003 and 2004
vintages giving us the best of both vintages to blend
with. Nice fruit, nice structure and great with food!

Tasting Notes:
Don't let the pink color discourage you from trying
this wine. This is not a sweet wine but rather a dry
Rose. It is comprised of 50% Syrah with the balance
in Mourvedre, Grenache and a touch of Viognier. It
has a nice, crisp acidity and a bright mouth feel.
The flavors consist of green apple and pear. Like
a sparkling wine, this Rose' is the perfect compliment
to most foods, especially those on the spicy side!
It is the ideal 'red wine' for the summer season!
Information:
Alcohol: 14.9%
Aging: Fermented in stainless steel and moved
to neutral oak for the balance of the aging process.

Beautiful color, beautiful nose and wonderful taste!

Tasting Notes:
This memorable Zinfandel blend comes from two separate
Westside, head-trained, dry-farmed vineyards. Classic!
One vineyard is in the cooler Chimney Rock areas and
Peachy Canyon. It has a nice, full vanilla nose and
a harmonious blend of rich plum and currant flavors
with a touch of pepper on the back pallet. It is a
medium bodied, pretty wine that is sure to stand out
as a crowd pleaser. This wine has been very well received
in the trade tastings where it has been shown.

This is a full, dense Syrah that really opens with

Syrah that you are sure to love. Will age nicely!
