Don't let the pink color discourage you from trying this wine. This is not a sweet wine, it is a dry Rose'. We simply keep the juice on the skins for 72 hours during fermentation. Then we press the skins off which leave the beautiful pink color. This wine is a wonderfully balanced wine that is the perfect compliment to all foods and can be served chilled or at room temperature. This crisp, refreshing, dry style Rose' has notes of strawberry and apricot with a slight toasty characteristic. It is an ideal celebration wine!
