Rich, dense and delicious. Our dry farmed vineyard showcases the lush, rich flavors and firm tannin structure that Merlot has when farmed for intensity. This wine is fruit focused with a slight smoky spice nose. It has a medium to full tannin structure and boasts of ripe berry, cherry and raspberry flavors.

The 2007 vintage is a rich, fruit driven wine showcasing layers of rich, fruit flavors with pepper and clove spice. This is the third year we have sourced fruit from Osgood vineyard. The vineyard is approx. 15 years old and is a head trained, organic and dry-farmed vineyard located on Chimney Rock Road. Year after year it tends to give us a distinct, pleasing peppery element. The Cocovin vineyard is new to us and is located in the middle of Adelaida Road just across from Adelaida Cellars. It is a trellised, irrigated vineyard that shows really nice, rich fruit flavors.

One of our favorite Cabernets to date!  It has layers of fruit and complexity with a nice lingering after finish.  It is full of dark cherry, current, dusty and earthy notes.  The tannins are not overpower but rather silky making is a wonderful Cabernet to pair with foods.  Beautiful!

Don't let the pink color discourage you from trying this wine. This is not a sweet wine, it is a dry Rose'. We simply keep the juice on the skins for 72 hours during fermentation. Then we press the skins off which leave the beautiful pink color. This wine is a wonderfully balanced wine that is the perfect compliment to all foods and can be served chilled or at room temperature. This crisp, refreshing, dry style Rose' has notes of strawberry and apricot with a slight toasty characteristic. It is an ideal celebration wine!
