flavored olive oils are infused with artificial
flavor after pressing. Not these!!! The rinds
of the fruit is actually pressed with the olives
giving the oils a uniquely fresh citrus flavor.
The benefit of blending the oils at the time of
pressing is that the nature of the olive oil is
still evident and the taste is complex. Use the
tangerine when roasting fish or chicken or in
dressings. The lime is great in a corn salad,
